*Responsibilities*
* Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements.
* Manage relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Identify and pursue new commercial construction opportunities (e.g., office, retail, industrial).
* Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, real estate firms, and property managers.
* Lead the proposal process including RFQs, RFPs, and presentations.
* Collaborate with estimators and project managers to align client needs with construction capabilities.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
* Track sales pipeline, manage CRM updates, and generate regular performance reports.

* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Solid understanding of business development principles and practices.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
