*Duties*
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
* Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
* Monitor customer consumption levels and adhere to responsible serving practices.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
* Uphold health and safety regulations within the bar area.

*Requirements*
* Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
* Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering processes.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Knowledge of various drink recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, and beverage presentation is a plus.
* Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local regulations.
