Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Perform body repairs following industry standards and safety guidelines
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment for repair tasks
- Conduct mechanical repairs and adjustments as needed
- Complete tasks that involve heavy lifting and physical dexterity
- Inspect vehicles for damages and provide accurate repair estimates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in automotive repair, preferably in a dealership or auto body shop
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to auto body repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and address vehicle issues effectively
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role
- Experience as a mechanic or in automotive repair is a plus

Pay: $21.00-$37.28 per hour

Education:
* AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:
* auto body repair: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
* Red Seal license (preferred)
