*What You?ll Do:*
* Lead the team in daily retail operations, supporting store success
* Drive exceptional customer experiences while managing cash handling and inventory
* Turn challenges into opportunities for customer satisfaction and retention
* Inspire and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and energetic environment

*What You Bring to the Table:*
* 2+ years of leadership experience in retail or a similar role
* Strong background in sales, cash handling, and customer service
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* A knack for solving problems on the fly with a calm, can-do attitude
* Tech-savvy and eager to use various platforms to streamline operations
* Passion for learning and educating others about cannabis
* Pre-employment Criminal Record Check and CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate required
* Bonus: Education in business, sales, or a related field
