We are seeking experienced and passionate Arborists to join our team. Experience is an asset, ideally supported by one of the certifications mentioned above. As a fast growing experienced tree service company we are looking to build our team by hiring capable crew leaders.

We are looking for hard working self driven individuals willing and interested in building a career in Arboriculture. We offer excellent wages based upon experience and credentials. *Responsibilities*
* Lead a bucket truck or climbing crew to perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
* Complete utility tree trimming as required (certified).
* Operate bucket trucks safely for high-access tree care tasks.
* Operate large equipment such as chippers, loaders stump grinders etc.
* Implement landscape maintenance practices to promote healthy growth and appearance.
* Maintain equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency during operations.
* Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects effectively.
* Educate clients on proper tree care practices and landscape management.

*Qualifications*
* ISA Certification, 444A Tradesperson, 444B Utility Tradesperson as asset.
* Proven experience in arboriculture or a related field is preferred.
* Proficiency in tree climbing and operating bucket trucks and related equipment.
* Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices.
* Familiarity with rigging techniques for safe tree removal or pruning.
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
