*Administrative Assistant - Power Serv Engine & Compressor Repair - Part Time*
*Assisting the Office Administrator, & support to the field team, our ideal candidate will have:*
· Strong administrative & MS Office software skills, with a good working knowledge of Simply Accounting & Full cycle accounting principles
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills with exceptional grammar and composition skills
· Ability to work independently & in a team environment
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Excellent multi-tasking capabilities and top-notch organizational skills
· Professional and friendly demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Experience in the oil & gas industry along with ISNetworld & ComplyWorks will be considered an asset
*Job Description:*
· Provide office reception services (professionally greet & assist customers, answer phone, coordinate incoming/outgoing mail/couriers, etc.)
· Accounts payable & receivable including invoicing, recording/reconciling bank deposits, & organization of collections for outstanding accounts
· Company payroll & reconcile employee time sheets
· Monthly government payments
· Maintain employee health benefits program
· Maintain & update company customer data base
· Shipping, receiving & ordering parts/supplies as required
· Maintain company safety program monthly/annually & prepare for annual audit
· Co-ordination of all safety training
· Updating ISNetworld & Complyworks
