The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful financial analysis. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of accounting principles. *Responsibilities*
* Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
* Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
* Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records.
* Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Perform bank reconciliation to verify account balances.
* Utilize accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft for various accounting tasks.
* Analyze accounts and provide insights to improve financial performance.
* Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
* Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

*Experience*
* Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Proficiency in accounting software, including Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft.
* Experience with payroll processing and accounts receivable management.
* Familiarity with account analysis and reconciliation processes.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
