*About Us:*
We are seeking a reliable and organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential/commercial properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing tenants, maintenance, and financial responsibilities.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage tenant relations including leasing, move-ins/outs, and addressing concerns
* Collect rent, track payments, and follow up on delinquencies
* Prepare budgets, maintain financial records, and provide regular reporting
* Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies
* Market vacancies and handle applicant screening and leasing paperwork
* Oversee daily property operations, ensuring buildings are well-maintained and compliant
* Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections with vendors/contractors
*Requirements:*
* Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Knowledge of leasing regulations and landlord/tenant laws an asset
* Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation
